Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

Under review. How Krosson handles your information is described accurately here. The formal terms are still with counsel and may change.

Krosson is a tool for writing agreements, sending them for signature, and collecting a deposit when one is due. These terms are between you and Krosson Digital Marketing, of Idaho. Using Krosson means accepting them.

Accounts

Accounts are approved by hand. Asking for one does not create one, and we may decline without giving a reason — though we usually give one, and you can always reply and ask.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@krosson.com if you think someone else has got into it.

The agreements you send are yours

Krosson gives you the tool, not the wording. What your agreements say, whether they are enforceable where you work, and whether they suit the job are yours to decide — we do not review them and we are not your lawyer. If an agreement matters, have one read it before you send it.

You keep every right you had in your own wording. We hold it in order to run the service — to show it, send it, and seal it into a signed PDF — and for nothing else.

Signatures

When someone signs, Krosson records the evidence that makes the signature meaningful: the wording as it stood at that moment, a fingerprint of the document, when they consented, and where the signature came from. The privacy page lists it in full.

We keep that record intact and available to you. We do not promise any particular legal outcome from it — whether a given agreement holds up depends on its wording and on where you are, neither of which is ours.

Deposits

Deposits are collected through your own Square account, not ours. The money goes to you directly and Krosson never holds it. Square’s terms and their fees apply to those payments, and refunds are between you and your customer.

What you agree not to do

  • Send agreements to people who have not asked to hear from you
  • Use Krosson to defraud anyone, or to present a document as something it is not
  • Try to reach another business’s agreements, or the accounts of their customers
  • Work around the limits of the service, or resell it as your own

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend one for anything in the section above, and we will tell you why.

If your account closes, you can export your signed agreements first. Ask us and we will help — those records are yours and you should not lose them because a subscription ended.

Availability, liability, and governing law

These clauses are still with counsel and are deliberately not written here. Rather than fill the space with terms nobody has reviewed, this section says what it is: unfinished. Until it is settled, nothing on this page limits any right you have under the law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.

Questions about anything here? Write to contact@krosson.com — a person reads it.
